Touching our life energy through the creative process – in myself and others - is my passion.

For over a decade I had a weekly practice of painting spirit coming though my brush onto paper and then putting the resulting painting on the altar at my dance class. I went from painting to dancing! I’ve learned how to receive and let life force flow freely through me  – hence the name PainterDancer.
